Art 4-1 Right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal is valid within 15 days from the day on which you have taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. After the expiry of the withdrawal period, you won't be able to expercise your right to withdrawal.
Art 4-2 Returns and refunds
The seller will be required to accept the return of the items sent in their original packaging, in mint conditions, with all the existing tags at the moment you received the goods still attached. The Shoeboxes and the plastic wrapping are part of the goods and should not be damaged. If these conditions are not exisiting, the retur will be rejected. Each return will lead to credit or a refund.
The processing time for returns can take within 15 days, based on affluence of customers in the stores. The customer will be notified via e-mail the moment the return will be taken care by the store. The customer can speed up the procedure by notifying the shipping numer of the return by phone at the 02 6208 7292 or via e-mail at email@example.com.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns and refunds. The product to be returned can be shipped or delivered to any Airness store.
The customer must notify the seller the reasons for the return of the product(s) via e-email at firstname.lastname@example.org, higlighting the defects and dissimilarities of the order within 3 days from the day you have received it. Any complain sent after the deadline will not be accepted. In case the claim has been accepted, the seller will take the responsability to refund the customer or replace the goods that were found to be damaged, missing or not corresponding to the original order.
